There are a number of affordable one-time on-boarding support and training packages available.

The Basic On-Boarding package is highly recommended for all districts, regardless of size or in-house technical staff/available resources.

  • Basic On-Boarding includes (4) phone calls and self-guided, customized Setup Wizard: $595
  • Additional Training per 45-minute session: $150
  • Data Entry of existing events: $65/hr
  • On-Site Training includes 4 hours of instruction: $600 plus travel

All subscriptions include unlimited e-mail based support regardless of on-boarding package(s) selected.
